Light and shade within a single kaiseki

Our original courses, full of the flavours of the season, have been praised by guests as a chance to “enjoy the very best of Japanese cuisine”. Each day our head chef personally sources the finest ingredients and prepares them with traditional skill and care.

Our signature mizutaki: chicken lifted from an earthenware pot of golden broth, surrounded by sashimi and appetisers

Mizutaki in a milky-white broth, made the same way since the day we opened. Our staff serve the hot pot at your table.
