Away from the usual meeting room, candid views and fresh ideas come more easily. At Ginza Jisaku, you can hold your meeting in a private room behind closed doors, then move straight on to kaiseki in the same room. For management meetings, off-site meetings, project launch gatherings and dinners with important clients.
When the meeting ends, the same room is set for kaiseki. No taxis to another venue, no contingency plans for rain. Carry the momentum of the meeting straight into the meal.
Fully private rooms with proper doors, not partitions. You can speak freely without being overheard, even about confidential matters. From arrival to departure, one dedicated member of staff looks after you.
We opened in Ginza in 1963 as the sister restaurant of Tsukiji Jisaku, a long-established ryotei founded in 1931. The calm of a restaurant long used for business lends your discussions an added sense of occasion.
For example, hold a meeting in the late morning and move straight on to a lunch kaiseki in the same room, or continue from an afternoon meeting to kaiseki in the evening. You never change rooms; during the break, we reset the room for the meal.
Holding the meeting and the dinner at separate venues means 30–40 minutes spent on travel and arrangements, and a lively discussion is cut short. Staying in the same room saves that time and effort.
Discuss medium- to long-term strategy, organisational matters and anything not yet public in the calm of a private room behind closed doors. With table seating, long sessions are less tiring, and your documents can stay spread out.
Table seating can be reserved for exclusive use by up to forty guests. Split into groups for discussion first, then share hot pots together to unwind. A day at a ryotei in Ginza also makes a fitting thank-you to your team.
A kaiseki composed by our head chef from the finest ingredients of the day, in a carefully appointed private room. With chairs and tables, guests from overseas and older guests can relax in comfort. We prepare the seating and menu to suit the number of guests and the occasion.
